Kirari West Signature Bread Recipe


(Group A)

Warm Water                 1 cup

Melted Butter               5 tablespoon

Egg                                 1 whole egg

(Group B)

Sugar                             2 tablespoon

Dry Yeast                       2 teaspoon

Warm Water (B)           1/4 cup

(Group c)

Kirari's Bread Mix        3 1/4 cup



Combine Group A in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine Group B and let it sit for 20 minutes to activate the yeast.


Then combine Group A and Group B in a mixer bowl and add the Bread Mix.


Mix at medium speed for 10 minutes until the dough forms a cohesive ball (dough should feel silky and smooth). Shape the dough on a lightly floured surface to fit a 9x5 bread pan. Spray the bread pan lightly with vegetable oil and place the dough in the bread pan. Cover the dough with saran wrap or a wet towel and set aside to rise in a warm environment (97° F) for 60 to 75 minutes


Bake in a preheated oven at 375° F (350° F convection oven) for approximately 70 minutes. When the bread is finished baking, remove from the pan and place on a cooling rack to cool for 1 hour or more before cutting.

Vegan Bread Recipe using bread maker


Kirari's Bread Mix        3 cup

Warm Water                1 1/2 cup

Vegetable Oil               2 tablespoon

Sugar                            1 tablespoon

Dry Yeast                      1 teaspoon

Using bread maker

Simply put all the ingredients in the bread maker and star the process. Select "2 lbs" and "Gluten- Free" option if they are available.
