Kirari West Signature Bread Recipe
Ingredients
Kirari's Bread Mix 430 g (3 1/4 cup)
Warm Milk 1 1/4 cup
Melted Butter 70g (5 tbsp)
Sugar 25 g (2 tbsp)
Egg 1 whole egg
Egg White 1/2 cup
Dry Yeast 2 tea spoon
Warm Water 1/4 cup

Place the milk and melted butter in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine warm water, sugar and dry yeast. Add one egg and the ½ cup of egg whites to the milk and butter mix. Then combine the water, sugar and yeast mix with the milk, butter and egg mix and add the Bread Mix. Mix at medium speed for 10 minutes until the dough forms a cohesive ball (dough should feel silky and smooth). Shape the dough on a lightly floured surface to fit a 9x5 bread pan. Spray the bread pan lightly with vegetable oil and place the dough in the bread pan. Cover the dough with saran wrap or a wet towel and set aside to rise in a warm environment (97° F) for 60 to 75 minutes

Bake in a preheated oven at 375° F (350° F convection oven) for approximately 70 minutes. When the bread is finished baking, remove from pan and place on a cooling rack to cool for 1 hour or more before cutting.

Vegan Bread Recipe using bread maker
Ingredients
Kirari's Bread Mix 400g (3 cup)
Warm Water 390g (13 3/4 oz)
Vegetable Oil 2 table spoon
Organic Cane Sugar 1 table spoon
Dry Yeast 1 tea spoon
Using bread maker
Simply put all the ingredients in the bread maker and star the process. Select "2 lbs" and "Gluten- Free" option if they are available.
